Passenger Search Is Being Updated

We’re retiring our legacy Passenger Search. All saved items in My Documents will not transfer to the new system.

If you have any saved passenger searches, saved passenger records, or saved manifests, you’ll need to download or capture them before the update.

What you need to do:

• Review your saved passenger record searches, saved passenger records, or saved manifests
• Manually capture your saved passenger record searches, saved passenger records, or saved manifests
• Complete these steps by March 22, 2026 to avoid losing your saved items

Follow the steps below to locate and save each type of item.

Go to heritage.statueofliberty.org and log in.

Once logged in, click on My Documents on the top menu.

This is where you’ll find all your saved items.

In My Documents > Passenger Records > Saved Passenger Record Searches, you will see your saved searches.

For a given saved item, click on the magnifying glass icon. This will run the search.

You will see the search results associated with the saved item. Click on the One page form. This will show the search criteria associated with the saved item.

Repeat this process for each saved passenger record search that you’d like to keep a copy of.

In My Documents > Passenger Records > Saved Passenger Records, you will see your saved individual passenger records.

For a given saved item, click on the view icon. This will take you to the passenger record page associated with the saved item.
